We have been in our current location for seven years now and our program continues to grow! All of us here at J&M are anxiously anticipating the 2011 show season with our Country English prospects--Bouquet of Fire (Rosie) and Rockin in the USA (Oliver). Rosie was a top 5 winner at 2010 Region 12 show with Johnny Ryan. Oliver made a very respectable debut at the Shennandoah Valley Classic show under Johnny's guidance.

Look for our three year old mare, JMA Khareena (Khadraj NA X DD Aria) competing in Tulsa at 2010 Nationals in Halter and Western Pleasure Futurities with Johnny.

Our emphasis is on breeding well-minded, correct, athletic purebreds. We have had the good fortune to acquire some wonderful broodmares and are breeding to top stallions including SF Specs Shocwave, SF Aftershoc, Afire Bey V, Afires Heir, Vegaz, and Khadraj NA. We were fortunate to acquire, with Christine Ryan's help, a Barbary daughter who had a gorgeous little chestnut filly out of Vegaz this year. Our other mares did not disappoint us and we have a wonderful crop of weanlings.

We are lucky to have the support of the area small breeders and have met some wonderful people in the industry who continue to encourage and provide guidance. Among the many are John & Christine Ryan of Springwater Farms, Jack & Alicia Pace, Amanda & Mike Trussell, Virgina Godwin & Diane Lowman of Chesapeake Training Center, and Mary & Bob Rombs of Liberty Arabians.

Our support team here at home includes Tracie, who assists in barn management and training, our farrier, Allen Baggs, and Dr. Shanna French and crew at The Oaks Equine Clinic.

If you are in the area, we encourage you to stop and visit and enjoy our horses.
